I have been extremely pleased with my CERVELO Edition Electric Bike that I purchased from SYEBC in August 2013, and on which I have cycled more than 2500 miles in 9 months.  The staff at SYEBC were friendly and helpful from the outset, enabling me to test ride bikes in order to make my decision regarding which bike to purchase.  The excellent service from SYEBC has continued in sorting out a couple of problems that have occurred with the bike subsequently.  They are always ready to provide advice and help, and I cannot recommend them too highly.
